As of July 1st, 2007 under the new State Law it is now compulsory for all homes to have compliant, working smoke alarms, and to ensure that they are checked. Our services are designed with the property manager in mind. Our company offers wholesale rates to real estate agents, property managers, solicitors, builders and developers.

Property Managers

We offer wholesale agreements for Property Managers, Builders, Real Estate Agents, Property Purchase and Sale, Solicitors searches.

We work with property managers to help implement set up procedures if they do not have a smoke alarm program in place. We can arrange everything from work order templates to entry notices. On request, South Coast Smoke Alarms can provide everything a property manager will need to implement a first class smoke alarm program.
