Conditions

This offer is available to properties on our annual maintenance program. This offer is not available to clients who choose one off inspections. There will be no charge for replacing smoke alarms that are due to expire or are faulty. The offer does not include replacing damaged alarms, or replacing alarms that are missing. The offer does not include additional alarms required for compliance. The offer is available for alarms that are faulty or expired. Alarms (expired after 1st September 2010) and are required for compliance. Existing or faulty alarms prior to the (1st September 2010) are not included in this offer. To be eligible for the free smoke alarm replacement your agent must qualify for the offer, in addition the annual fee must be paid in full.
